Erin Cassels is a dedicated leader in sustainable business practices and a passionate advocate for environmental stewardship. With a strong background in hospitality management, Erin has led the Huntingdon Hotel and Suites and Pendray Inn and Tea House in Victoria, B.C., since 2014. Under her leadership, the properties have earned multiple awards for sustainability, making them leaders in environmentally responsible tourism.

Erin’s commitment to sustainability extends beyond her professional role. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Victoria, a Master’s in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, and a certificate in First Nations Cultural Studies from Camosun College. As co-chair of the Hotel Association of Greater Victoria’s Sustainability Committee and a director-at-large for the British Columbia Hotel Association, Erin actively promotes green initiatives within the industry.

A member of the Kebaowek Algonquin Nation, Erin is deeply connected to her roots and her community.
