Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream
The BC Greens are thrilled to announce Andrew Rose as their candidate for Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream.
Trained as a software engineer with a specialization in artificial intelligence, Andrew Rose relishes every chance he gets to apply his technical mindset to complex political problems. After volunteering and doing occasional short-term contract work for the Green cause for many years – including, most memorably, writing the Young BC Greens Twitter account – this January, he was hired as a Field Organizer on BC Green Party staff. On staff, he teaches campaign skills and manages the Young BC Greens.
Outside his Green work, Andrew studies and writes about urbanism and tax reform, and his writing on these subjects has been published by the Georgia Straight and the Robert Schalkenbach Foundation. In what little free time is left over, he produces electronic music.
Support for Andrew
As a Canadian Disability Advocate on both a Federal & Provincial level, I am proud to endorse Andrew Rose in this year’s Provincial election.
Andrew is running under the BC Greens Party, which have always supported our fight for proper financial support of all medically assessed & designated Persons With Disabilities (PWD) in B.C.
This means no less than poverty level monthly support, proper & safe housing along with dignity & respect afforded to those often disregarded in our Province.
Andrew has my full support throughout the Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream region as he speaks for those of us who need to be seen & heard.
I call upon my fellow 147,000+ Disabled brothers & sisters across B.C. to support & VOTE for their B.C. Green candidate so we can keep our voices heard.
