Sonia Furstenau, Leader of the BC Greens, shared her excitement: “These candidates embody the values and drive necessary to push for transformative change in our province. Whether it’s James’ deep understanding of the forestry industry, Simon’s commitment to accessible housing and public transit, or Rylee’s passion for sustainability and community building, they all represent the future of British Columbia—one where equity, environmental stewardship, and community well-being are at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to the powerful advocacy and leadership they will bring to this election.”

The BC Green Party’s new candidates will advocate for policies that balance environmental sustainability, economic growth, and social justice, ensuring a brighter future for all British Columbians.
